Lease agreement

All objects are rented for a specific period. This is established in a lease agreement with the tenant. This includes the rights and obligations of both parties. The rental price consists of various components, including basic rent and the rental of the interior of the object.

Purchase and Sale

Purchase and sale of objects takes place through the will of both parties to effectuate this transaction. Legal provisions are used for this. This means that all owners of an object agree, for example in the event of a divorce between spouses and in cases of community property. The choice of notary is mutually determined, although the choice can be determined by the buyer due to the costs involved.

Management for Home Owners Collective

Management of objects for a Home Owners Collective consists of daily and periodic management of housing complexes of different home owners. This includes management of the look and feel of the environment of the complex, including garden management, waste management and construction of various issues outside of the object. Interior or renovations is excluded, but may fall under another service of Basiton Group, such as Management Construction Project or Project Management and quotations will be made upon request.
